Hi, I’m a 36-year-old man living in a small, cozy town in Sweden with my fiancé, our child, two dogs and two cats.
This blog is about gut health, food, lifestyle and my own attempt to understand and improve life with IBS.
For years, my stomach has affected more of my life than I would like to admit. Food choices, energy levels, mood, stress, plans with family and even simple everyday routines can all be influenced by how my gut is doing. If you live with IBS or stomach issues yourself, you probably know how frustrating it can be when your body feels unpredictable.
I started this blog because I wanted a place to document my journey properly. Not as an expert. Not as someone who has already solved everything. Just as a normal person trying to feel better, learn more and make changes that actually work in real life.
Here I’ll write about the things I try, from diet changes and gut-friendly meals to exercise, stress, sleep and healthier habits in general. Some things might help a lot. Some things might not help at all. I want to be honest about both.
My goal is not to chase a perfect lifestyle. I still want to enjoy food, family life, coffee, quiet walks, cozy evenings and all the small things that make life feel good. I just want to find a way to take better care of my body without making everything feel complicated or restrictive.
I believe gut health is connected to so much more than just what happens after a meal. It can affect your mood, confidence, energy and how present you feel in your everyday life. That’s what I want to explore here.
If you’re also trying to understand your gut, improve your health or build a lifestyle that feels a little calmer and more balanced, I hope this blog can feel relatable.
Thanks for being here.
