Fiber gets easier when it looks like food instead of a target. Build the plate around something familiar, then add one plant-rich layer.
Use a simple pattern
Try grain or bread, beans or lentils, greens or vegetables, something creamy, and something sharp. Rye with hummus and cucumber. Rice with lentils and herbs. Potatoes with yogurt, greens, and pickled onion.
You do not need a new recipe every time. You need a structure that can survive a weekday.
Add gradually
If your gut is not used to much fiber, move slowly. A sudden jump can feel worse before it feels better. Small increases give your body time to adapt.
